Roger Carroll - Director

Roger has worked in international and financial public relations for 12 years. He specialises in start-ups and in strategies to promote emerging businesses and public bodies to global audiences.

Roger has advised on major launches in the UK, Europe and the Middle East, including all the new financial centres and regulatory authorities in Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Dubai.

Current international clients include Qatar Financial Centre Regulatory Authority, Mubadala of Abu Dhabi and the Government of the Democratic Republic of Congo.

In his previous career he was a political editor in Parliament and a personal finance editor and city editor in the City of London. For two years he was based in 10 Downing Street as speech writer to the UK Prime Minister and was a public interest member of LAUTRO, a forerunner of the FSA.
