Mike Davies - Director

Mike joined Bell Pottinger Corporate & Financial as a Director in April 2006 to head the Investor Relations practice. He has over 12 years’ senior level IR experience.

Prior to joining Bell Pottinger he was Director of Investor Relations at The Rank Group plc, before which he was Head of Investor Relations at Invensys plc during the company's £1.8 billion target disposal programme and £2.7 billion refinancing in 2004.

Earlier in his career, Mike spent six years at 3i Group plc following the group’s IPO, where he was responsible for developing the investor relations programme.

Prior to joining 3i, Mike qualified as a chartered accountant with the Financial Markets Division of Arthur Andersen in London and was a corporate broker with HSBC James Capel, where he worked on several IPOs, including 3i.
